Lauren Serrett Glick is responsible for providing the educational leadership that creates and sustains the curriculum and programs at CHS that are considered to be of the highest caliber. Lauren is responsible for aligning best, current teaching practices with Children’s Hours, Montessori-based educational core to develop a program and support model that maximizes learning for the individual learner. Lauren has extensive experience in the fields of literacy, elementary and special education, assessment, intervention services as well as curriculum design. Lauren gained her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, along with a NYS, dual teaching certification in Elementary and Special Education from Nazareth College in 2002. In 2003 she gained her Secondary English, NYS teaching certification. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Education from Nazareth College in Literacy as well as Curriculum Design. She taught at Geneva City School District for over a decade as a Special Education teacher. Outside the classroom, Lauren enjoys hiking, creative writing and teaching her students how to play lacrosse. Lauren enjoyed coaching youth lacrosse programs, from modified to varsity in Penn Yan and Geneva schools, and hopes to start a program at CHS someday. Lauren lives in Geneva with her husband, Scott, a local Emergency Medicine Physician and their two children, Kaleb and Giuliana.

Dr. Scott Glick is an active clinical and academic Emergency Medicine Physician. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
